  • The duration varies depending on the complexity of the vacancy, the requirements, and the urgency. Sometimes a placement can be made within a few weeks; in other cases, it may take several months. What matters is how specific the sought profile is and how quickly decisions are made together.

  • From a certain salary and responsibility level onwards, classic search methods such as job advertisements or databases hardly work: top candidates simply do not respond. With executive search, you also reach passive talent, minimize misplacements, and fill demanding positions where other methods reach their limits.

  • Discretion is central to executive search. The search can be carried out completely confidentially – without company name and with confidential initial contact. Only after your approval are selected candidates presented. This way, your search remains confidential at all times.

  • Billing is always carried out according to the one-third rule: one third of the fee is due at project start, another after the presentation of suitable candidates, and the final third after successful placement. This makes the collaboration clear and fair for both parties.
